Service Description

Soap Therapy™ Wellness Experience is a guided, hands-on creative wellness session designed to help individuals and teams release stress, reconnect with themselves, and experience meaningful emotional relief, without a clinical setting. This experience follows the Soap Therapy™ 3-step process: Guided Release, Sensory Engagement, and Reflection & Connection. Participants begin with intention-setting and grounding prompts that help release mental and emotional tension. Through hands-on soap making, guests engage their senses using scent, color, and touch, allowing the nervous system to slow down and shift out of stress mode. The experience concludes with guided reflection, helping participants recognize their release, reconnect with themselves and others, and leave with a genuine sense of accomplishment and emotional clarity. Soap Therapy™ Wellness Experience is designed to meet people where they are. It is accessible, inclusive, and especially impactful for individuals who may not engage with traditional wellness or therapy programs. Each session is facilitated by Coach KB or a trained facilitator and can be customized based on group size, goals, and setting. This experience is ideal for organizations seeking a creative, human-centered approach to wellness that supports stress relief, engagement, and emotional well-being. We can accommodate larger groups!
