Cancellation Policy
All Soap Therapy™ experiences are request-based and subject to availability, travel considerations, and facilitator confirmation. Because each experience is customized, dates and details are confirmed only after review and approval of the booking request. Pricing, travel requirements, and add-ons will be finalized prior to confirmation. Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested in advance and may be subject to applicable fees once an experience has been confirmed.
